1 Introduction

Welcome to 888starz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 888starz ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") with respect to your use of the 888starz website at 888starz.bz and all associated services including the mobile app, Casino, Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting and Bingo.

By accessing the platform, creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming services of this nature are expressly prohibited by law.

888starz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the registration process or following account creation. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

3 Account Registration and Rules

Each user is permitted to hold one account on the 888starz platform. Creating duplicate accounts, using another person's account or operating multiple accounts to gain unfair bonus advantages is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, email address and payment details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Account verification — also known as Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a standard requirement on the platform. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID, along with proof of your payment method. 4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that belong to you. Using a payment method registered in someone else's name is not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are generally credited to your 888starz balance quickly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable period, contact the support team with your transaction reference.

• All deposits are made in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your account balance.
• Deposits are non-refundable once they have been credited to your account and used for gameplay.
• 888starz does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically among the fastest to be credited.

If a deposit is returned to your balance due to a failed transaction or a payment provider error, the original payment method will receive the refund. 888starz does not redirect funds to a different payment instrument than the one used for the original deposit.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit wherever this is technically possible.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, account verification must be completed. This is a one-time process and does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals unless there has been a significant change to your account details or payment method.

• Withdrawals can only be made to verified payment accounts in your own name.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.
• 888starz reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving a withdrawal request.
• If a withdrawal is requested before active bonus wagering requirements are completed, any associated bonus and bonus winnings may be forfeited.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

888starz offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms which are displayed alongside the offer at the time it is claimed.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed the relevant steps (such as making a qualifying deposit) within the specified promotional period.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Exploiting promotional offers through coordination with other accounts, systematic abuse or any form of bonus hunting is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of bonuses and account closure.

7 Games and Sports Betting

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, collusion or systematic abuse.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any other software to interact with the platform in an unauthorised way.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform, its servers or any associated systems.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Permitting or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion or match-fixing in connection with Sports Betting markets.

888starz cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any activity suspected of constituting fraud or financial crime will be reported accordingly and account funds may be frozen pending investigation.

9 Privacy and Data

11 Account Suspension and Closure
